創始人廖偉傑 (Jay Liao) 多年研究各式酒類，領域跨足調製、釀造與蒸餾，於2016年開始致力於研發、並於2019年正式推出氈酒作品。

Jay has spent years delving into various types of spirits, mastering the arts of blending, brewing, and distillation. His journey began in 2016, culminating in the launch of his first gin in 2019.
Taiwan, the beautiful island of Formosa, is home to over 4,000 species of plants and flowers, making it an ideal place for crafting gin. After three years of research and development, Jay traveled across Taiwan, handpicking dozens of native botanicals and fruits. Through uncompromising distillation techniques, he created a gin that is both pure in taste and rich in flavor.
