These general terms and conditions below (the “Terms”) shall apply to online sales of Meat, Seafood and Alcoholic Beverages by the Seller to the Buyer.
以下一般條款與細則（「條款」）適用於賣方透過網上平台向買方銷售肉類，海鮮及酒精飲品。

1. DEFINITIONS 定義
• “Goods” mean the meat products and/or alcoholic beverages agreed to be supplied by the Seller and purchased by the Buyer pursuant to the Contract.
「商品」 指賣方依合約提供並由買方購買的肉類產品及/或酒精飲品。
• “Buyer” means the person or company whose name appears on the Order. Buyer must be at least 18 years old to purchase alcoholic beverages.
「買方」 指名稱出現在訂單上的個人或公司。買方必須年滿 18 歲方可購買酒精飲品。
• “Contract” means the contract for the sale and purchase of the Goods as provided in clause 2.
「合約」 指第 2 條規定的商品買賣契約。
• “Order” means the Buyer’s purchase order.
「訂單」 指買方的採購訂單。
• “Seller” means the online retailer of Meat and Alcoholic Beverages.
「賣方」 指肉類及酒精飲品的網上零售商。

2. CONTRACT 合約
2.1 Contract shall be formed when the Buyer places an Order and the Seller confirms acceptance. Each Contract shall be governed by these Terms.

3. PRICES 價格
3.1 Prices quoted by the Seller do not include delivery charges, packaging, insurance, or applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
3.1 除非另有明確說明，賣方報價不包括運費、包裝、保險或任何適用稅項。
3.2 All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3.2 所有價格如有更改，恕不另行通知。

4. PAYMENT 付款
4.1 Buyer shall pay according to the payment terms specified at checkout or in the invoice.
4.1 買方應依照結帳頁面或發票中規定的付款條件支付價款。
4.2 If payment is not received by the due date, Seller may suspend or cancel delivery.
4.2 若未在到期日付款，賣方可暫停或取消交付。

5. DELIVERY AND STORAGE 運送與保存
5.1 Goods will be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer.
5.1 商品將送至買方指定地址。
5.2 Buyer is responsible for ensuring proper storage of meat and alcoholic beverages upon delivery.
5.2 商品送達後，買方有責任妥善保存肉類及酒精飲品。
5.3 Free shipping is provided for orders with a total purchase amount of HKD 800 or above. For orders below HKD 800, a discounted delivery fee of HKD 50 will be charged. This offer excludes outlying islands.
5.3 訂購金額達港幣800元或以上可享免運費優惠；如低於港幣800元，將收取優惠運費港幣50元。本優惠不適用於離島地區。

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS 退貨與退款
6.1 Due to the perishable nature of meat and alcoholic beverages, returns of non-defective Goods are not accepted.
6.1 因肉類及酒精飲品屬易腐商品，無瑕疵商品恕不接受退貨。
6.2 Defective Goods (e.g., spoiled or damaged upon delivery) may be returned within 24 hours of delivery with proof.
6.2 有瑕疵商品（如送達時已變質或損壞）可於交貨後 24 小時內退回並提供證明。

7. AGE RESTRICTION 年齡限制
7.1 Buyer must be at least 18 years old to purchase alcoholic beverages. Seller reserves the right to request proof of age.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 知識產權
8.1 All trademarks, logos, and product descriptions remain the property of the Seller or its licensors.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 責任限制
9.1 Seller’s liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the Goods. Seller shall not be liable for indirect losses including loss of profit, goodwill, or data.
9.1 賣方的責任僅限於商品的購買價格。賣方不對間接損失（包括利潤、商譽或資料損失）承擔責任。

10. FORCE MAJEURE 不可抗力
10.1 Seller shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including epidemics, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION 適用法律與管轄
11.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.

11.2 Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Hong Kong SAR.

12. GENERAL 通用條款
12.1 If any clause is invalid, the remainder shall remain effective.
12.1 若任何條款無效，其餘條款仍具效力。
12.2 The waiver of any breach shall not constitute waiver of subsequent breaches.
12.2 放棄任何違約不構成對後續違約的放棄。
12.3 If these Terms are translated, the English version shall prevail in case of inconsistency.
12.3 若本條款有翻譯版本，若有不一致，以英文版本為準。
