Brand Introduction:
Under the philosophy of "Do your best, never forget your original intention," the "Debut Gin" is an independent Taiwanese brand founded in 2019.
The founder, Jay Liao, has spent many years studying various types of alcohol, encompassing mixing, brewing, and distilling. In 2016, he began dedicating himself to research and development, and in 2019, he officially launched his gin creation.
Taiwan, the beautiful island of Formosa, is home to over 4,000 species of plants and flowers, making it an ideal place for producing gin.
After three years of development, exploring all over Taiwan to find various flavors from this land, Jay Liao selected dozens of materials from a vast array of native plants and fruits. Using perfect, uncompromising distillation extraction techniques, he created a pure-tasting, richly flavored handcrafted gin. In early 2024, this gin debuted at the World Gin Awards in London, winning the Gold Medal and Taiwan Champion for Best Signature Botanical Gin.
The exquisite flavor of "Debut" comes from the gifts of Taiwan's nature and the uncompromising dedication of the craftsman.

初琴酒 (Debut Gin)獲得2024年世界琴酒大賽（World Gin Awards 2024）「最佳香料琴酒」（Signature Botanical）金獎暨台灣冠軍。
更令人興奮的是，早在獲獎前的六個月，我們秘密地、將少量初琴酒，存入法國橡木葡萄牙麝香葡萄酒桶 (french oak moscatel barrel) 靜待熟成。
經過了長達的七個月等待，總量耗損了高達 10% 的天使蒸發( Angel‘s Share)，我們得到夢寐以求的黃金琥珀色自然酒體。成就了一款極度適合純飲的「啜飲琴酒」(Sipping Gin)。
我們將其，正式命名為「Cuvée Vieille 」。
Cuvée，在葡萄酒的世界裡有許多含義，可以指葡萄、釀酒調和、也可代表酒莊用心做出來的自信作品。如同香檳老酒叫做champagne vieille，我們以最自信的獲獎作品，放入精挑細選的橡木酒桶，這就是初琴酒的Cuvée，耗費時間等待而成的「Cuvée Vieille 」。
風味上，清新柑橘轉化為熟成甜美的熱帶果香，伴隨烤土司、太妃糖的奶油橡木香氣，緊接而來蜜橘、麝香般的強烈暗示。口感上，酒體溫潤絲滑，極度適合純飲品嚐，是一隻兼具柔順口感與飽滿香氣的台灣熟成琴酒 ( Taiwan Aged Gin )。
由於天使蒸發耗損與產量有限，實際裝瓶，全世界僅有190瓶，每一口，都值得你細細品嚐。
裝瓶部分，500ml獨立裝瓶，每一支酒都擁有獨立編號、創始人認證簽名與裝瓶日期。
Debut Gin Cuvée Vieille

"Cuvée" signifies the distillery's confident work, while "Vieille" denotes aged spirits. The award-winning Log. 2023 is aged in French oak Portuguese Moscatel wine barrels for seven months, resulting in a golden amber and mellow spirit. The flavor profile includes tropical fruits, honey tangerine, cream, and toffee, making it extremely suitable for neat drinking at room temperature. This is a small batch production, with only 190 bottles available worldwide. Each handcrafted bottle has a unique number and is personally signed by the maker.
